The volume of 1 penny is .360 cm^3 and the size of the large bottles are 5 gallons (from their website). Since 1 gallon = 3785.4 cm^3, 5 gal. would be 18927 cm^3 and 18927/.360 = 52575.
52,575 pennies will fit in the 5 gallon water bottle.
