I am old enough to remember when water didn’t come in bottles you had to take your drinks from the school drinking fountain or the park fountain.
Most of the time the water was gross because people would put used tissues, paper, gum and other crap in the fountain and they knew that germs were being spread around town that way but there was no alternative at the time.
Once you take a drink from a public drinking fountain you would know better than to think that would be a good deal to ban bottled water!!
